“I never thought I'd get here. Now I actually feel alive.”
Yazmin R.@yazmin_renae
I have been reflecting a lot over this week leading up to the 1 year anniversary of leaving an abusive relationship. I have never felt so strong and confident in my own self like I do right now. My main focus right now is persistence, gratitude and being present. I don't think I could ever express the gratitude I have for you Willow. When I had no one to talk to you were there. In my darkest moments. Your videos and inspiration has pushed me out of so many tough times this past year. But where I am right now I never thought I would be able to get here. And like you said so many times "it's worth" — I am on the journey and actually feeling alive. Thank you for pursuing your purpose.

“This changed how I think, act, and show up.”

I've spent a lot of years pushing myself physically, building discipline through work, training, and leadership. But one thing I didn't fully have dialled in was my mindset. That's where Willow came in and honestly, it's been a game changer for me. Working with Willow hasn't been about surface-level motivation or quick wins. It's been about actually breaking down how I think, how I react, and where certain patterns have come from. He's helped me take a hard look at myself in a way that's constructive, not destructive — and that's not something everyone can do. One of the biggest shifts for me has been learning how to manage my thoughts instead of letting them control me. I've dealt with anxiety, overthinking, and moments where I'd jump to the wrong conclusions especially in my personal life. Willow helped me recognise that, own it, and start building better habits around it. Not just talking about it, but actually applying tools that work in real situations.

“I couldn't recommend Willow enough.”

What I respect most is that he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. But he does it in a way that makes you want to step up, not shut down. He holds you accountable while still backing you, and that balance is rare. Since working with him, I've noticed real changes — I'm more grounded, more aware, and more in control of how I show up, both at work and in my relationship. I'm thinking clearer, communicating better, and not letting old habits dictate my actions. If you're someone who wants to level up mentally — not just talk about it, but actually do the work — I couldn't recommend Willow enough.

“Your purpose was well beyond that. You deserve your own hand crafted title.”

I know it's cliche but you seriously have helped guide me through some very dark moments, even if I didn't reach out. Just thinking of some of the foundations you guided me through was what pulled me through! For that I will be eternally grateful. Not I can see now that it doesn't come lightly at all! The strength you continually show as you walk through your lifetime is testament to that! It is a beautiful thing, if I can touch at least one broken soul I would feel honoured, like my lifetime was well worth it. It's not about the destination, it's about the journey. All the different paths and detours that arise. It's what builds us into who we were always meant to be. I think while life coach's serve some purpose, yours was well beyond that! Your wealth and knowledge is too vast to be put in a category. You sir deserve your own hand crafted title!

Every week, more people break the cycle.

Nothing changes until you do.
You've seen what happens when people stop repeating the same patterns.
